Although her real estate career began in Nashville, Tennessee, Skylar’s story starts on the other side of the country. Born and raised in Southern California, she graduated from Chapman University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Her love of writing, storytelling, producing, and connecting with people led to a successful career in television, where she worked as a news anchor, field reporter, and TV host throughout Orange County.
Ready for a new adventure, Skylar made the move to Nashville. It was there that she found her way into real estate and quickly realized that many of the skills she had honed throughout her career...communication, listening, storytelling, staying calm under pressure, and connecting with people from all walks of life...translated naturally into helping people buy and sell homes.
Nearly a decade later, Skylar has built a real estate career centered around something much bigger than transactions. She has helped first-time buyers get the keys to their very first home, guided families relocating to and from Middle Tennessee, helped sellers move on to their next chapter, and walked alongside families selling a home after the loss of someone they love.
She understands that real estate often comes during some of life’s biggest transitions, and her goal is to make those moments feel a little less overwhelming.
For Skylar, it’s about service, not sales, and taking care of people through whatever chapter comes next.
